Hello world, I'm Lucy Moon. Welcome to my blog. A little bit about me:
- I'm 23
- I live with my dad, sister and my dog Margo
- I have Asperger's syndrome, which is a mild form of Autism
- I'm an actress who occasionally works part time at a Supermarket
I would never consider myself as a writer, but lately I've been thinking "How can I make a career of myself whilst waiting for acting jobs to come in?" And that's simple... Writing.
I also want to take you on a journey in my life, and show that despite having Autism (which I class as a Superpower), I'm just your average girl with dreams, goals, ambitions and full of life. I will also tell you what achievements I made (big and little), the downs as well as the ups, and also reviews of performances I went to see on both stage and screen. I will also document my journey through life and my career to make it in the industry. And to start with here is this wonderful headshot taken back in June 2022, by the incredible Tim Bryn Smith who runs The Actors Workshop Nottingham, a community specialising in adult acting classes where I currently train at. I hope everyone is well on this fine day. And I can't wait to take you on this journey. Although I must warn you, I'm very new to the world of Blogging, but I'm willing to step out of my comfort zone to start this new journey.
